Following the Government's announcement on 30th December 2020, Cubitt Town Junior School will be closed for most children.
This means that your child will now receive remote lessons and learning provision for the first two weeks of January 2021, via Google Classroom. Please note that children MUST participate and complete their daily learning from Tuesday 5th to Friday 15th January, as this is not optional learning. Pupils should follow a timetable for their day, meeting with their teacher at 9:15am for registration and again at 1:00pm. Teachers will explain the learning the pupils will need to complete independently and use this time to read stories with pupils.
Please visit our Covid-19 information page.
The school will only be open to children of essential workers and vulnerable groups from Tuesday 6th January - and these few children will complete the same lessons and learning provision at school, as all children working from home. Should you require your child to attend school because you are classed as a critical worker, please complete the form which is sent to you every Thursday.
There is more information in the Government's Contingency Framework.
